This is an awesome game, with great graphics. In this game you can be any of the Dragon Ball Z characters from the beginning of the show (not including Dragon Ball Characters such as King Picciol or Young Goku) to the Buu Saga: Majin Buu and all his other forms, Goten, Gotenks, Kid Trunks, and much more. Unlike the Story mode in the first Budokai, this game has a "Dragon World" in which you go through and fight all the villians that were in the show (not ones in the movies like Cooler). As you fight you get skills that give ... buy this game and find out the other cool things in Dragon Ball Z: Budokai 2!
Have you ever watched Dragon Ball Z? Of course you have! In this game you can do fusions! You know, fusions! Like when Trunks and Goten fused and became Gotenks to fight Super Buu! And like the time when Goku and Vegita Fused using the potara earings, and becane the MIGHTY VEGITO to defeat Majin Buu when he absorbed Gohan! Oh, and speaking of Absorbtion! In the game (after you go through all the tough action packed levels) you gain the ability to do use Super Buu (the stage of Buu when he splits into two and becomes good and bad) then later in the game, when you pass even more levels, you can use Absorbtion! This is when Buu absorbs other Z- fighters (or even villans such as Call and Frieza) and becoms EVEN STRONGER!
GOAL
There are many fighting modes in this game. You can:
- Enter the World Martial Arts Tournament
- Duel
- Enter the Dragon World
- Train
World Martial Arts Tournament
Choose your fighter and enter the World Martial Arts Tournament! Battle your way to the top and become champion to win zennie! Use yous zennie to buy capsules at the Skill Shop in "Edit Skills," or even buy other tournament levels!
Duel
Choose a Z- fighter and go head to head in a a battle against a friend of against the computer. You can even choose your arena (Hyperbolic Time Chamber, Tournament Arena, and MORE)!
Dragon World
If you ask me the best part of the game is Dragon World! You become Goku and join with other friends to defeat level after level of evil villans like Frieza, Buu, Cell, unlock characters, and collect slills and earn Zenie! You can also collect the seven Dragon Balls and summon the eternal dragon, Shenron!
Training
In the training mode you can train to your heart's content with any character. Don't worry if you get K.O.'d or knocked out of the ring, because you just get back up and continue fighting. You can even select you opponent's strength level so he doesn't fight back, or so that they fight their hardest.
